The warehouse operator is responsible for managing the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization and efficiency in the warehouse, supporting workflow, and contributing to the achievement of company goals.
Main responsibilities:
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying them against transport documents.
Storing goods in an orderly manner according to company procedures.
Preparing orders for shipment, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Monitoring stock levels and reporting the need for replenishment.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
Collaborating with the team to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
Flexibility and collaboration with the production team (assembly, packaging, and unloading machine parts).
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in similar roles is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and warehouse management.
Ability to work in a team and manage workload effectively.
Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, if necessary.
Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided).
